The Beginning of an Adventure
Your Jebel Jais adventure begins with a meandering drive if 15 km after which you park your car and head to the Information Center via one of the shuttles provided to you. What Things Should I Know Before Taking The Jebel Jais Flight?
If you are up for the most exhilarating ride of your life and you wish to tick mountain zipline off your bucket list, then these are the few things that you should know:
- You have to be aged between 12 to 65 to experience the Jebel Jais Flight. The minimum weight is 40 kg and the maximum is 130 kg.
- If you are travelling from Dubai, you can opt for the luxury shuttle that will take you to Ras Al Khamiah. From there, you can easily find transportation for the venue.
- Wear athletic clothing. Please refrain from wearing skirts, sarees, loose bottoms and shirts. Make sure your clothes can withstand the rough terrain and also are comfortable while you are strapped for the flight.
- Wear sturdy trainers or sport shoes that have a good grip as you might have to trek short distances.
- Apply a good amount of sunblock as the sun can be quite harsh during the day time. Also, wear cool sunglasses to protect your eyes.

Covid-19 Preventive Measures At The Jebel Jais Zipline Dubai
- Pre-booking is mandatory. Booking confirmation is requested in order to reach the Adventure Park premises.
- After you reach, one of the staff members will check your body temperature, will request you to sanitize your hands and then begin the registration process at the Information Kiosk in the parking lot.
- Children under the age of 12 and adults over the age of 60 are prohibited. If the children are accompanying their parents they must follow all the ground rules.
- Face masks are mandatory at the Information Kiosk and Adventure Centre at all times.
- The Information Kiosk, Adventure Center and the platforms will follow all the social distancing norms carefully.
- You are encouraged to carry your own sanitizers and face masks.
- Hygiene signs are available throughout the property and must be strictly followed.
- Avoid cash payments. Carry your debit/credit cards to make any purchases.
- If the staff suspect any Covid-19 case, Toro Verde reserves the authority to report the case immediately to the Department of Preventive Medicine.
